This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Root&Rock Technologies LLC ("Root&Rock," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Root&Rock software platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Root&Rock Technologies LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Root&Rock platform for your own internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
This Agreement grants you the right to use the software but does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to certain features.
Root&Rock may integrate with services including:
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Root&Rock Technologies LLC is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
You retain ownership of the business information you enter into Root&Rock, including:
You grant Root&Rock Technologies LLC a limited license to store, process, transmit, back up, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your business data.
Certain features may use artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, calculations, scheduling suggestions, estimates, or other content.
AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist users and should always be reviewed before being relied upon.
You remain solely responsible for all pricing, estimates, schedules, invoices, contracts, and communications sent to your customers.
While we strive to provide reliable service, Root&Rock is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily interrupt access.
Although Root&Rock maintains backups and disaster recovery procedures, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your own important business records.
Root&Rock Technologies LLC cannot guarantee that every item of data can always be recovered.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination.
Root&Rock Technologies LLC may modify this Agreement from time to time.
If material changes are made, users will be asked to accept the updated Agreement before continuing to use the Service.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
