Root&Rock is billed on a monthly basis at $26.99 per month unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or through the Billing portal.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.
You will retain full access to Root&Rock until the end of the paid period.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team at support@rootandrock.com. We will review your request and work to resolve it promptly.
Users granted lifetime access through an approved founder promo code will retain access according to the terms of that promotion.
Founder access may be revoked if it was obtained fraudulently or in violation of the Root&Rock Terms of Service.
