Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Users may cancel at any time.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Root&Rock does not store complete payment card information.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password.
Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
Users own all customer information, estimates, invoices, and project data they create in Root&Rock.
Root&Rock owns all software, code, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Root&Rock assists with estimating and project management. Users remain solely responsible for verifying all pricing, labor, taxes, measurements, material quantities, contracts, and proposals before providing them to customers.
Root&Rock is not liable for errors in estimates or proposals created using the software.
We strive for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages may occasionally occur without advance notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Root&Rock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Root&Rock may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Users may cancel their account at any time through Account Settings.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Root&Rock after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
